Hiroua Goare Bienvenu is a seasoned professional with a robust background in business administration, strategic management, and organizational leadership. Leadership and Diplomatic Roles: Hiroua has served as the Director of Diplomatic Protocol and Multinational Coordinator for the International Human Rights Commission (IHRC) in Cameroon and Chad from 2021 to 2023. In this capacity, he managed diplomatic relations, coordinated official acts and ceremonies related to foreign policy, and led the reception of new ambassadors. He was also responsible for overseeing IHRC's activities and administration in Central Africa, coordinating volunteer efforts, and maintaining adherence to organizational values.
International Consulting and Research: Hiroua's experience extends to international consulting, where he contributed to research on the status of teenage pregnancy in Africa and assessed capacities to prevent and respond to violence against children. His work involved primary data collection, key informant interviews, and proposing roadmaps for improving legislative and policy capacities.
Educational Background: Hiroua holds multiple advanced degrees, including a Master in International Trade and Investment Law in Africa from the University of Dschang-Cameroon, a Master in Hotel Management and International Tourism from the European School of International Business School of Hotel & Tourism Management in Tunisia, and a Master in Business Administration - Management from the Vocational Technical Training Center for Construction and Business Management in Chad. He also has a Bachelor in International Relations and Conflict Resolution from the University of Buea-Cameroon.
Professional Development and Certifications: Hiroua has earned numerous professional certificates, including courses in business management and strategic leadership from the London School of Business Administration, and has been recognized for his volunteer service with the President's Volunteer Service Award (Gold) in the USA. He has also received a Silver Medal and Certificate of Silver Badge of Honor from the IHRC for his contributions to human rights protection.
Volunteerism and Humanitarian Efforts: With eight years of experience working with international and national NGOs across Chad, Cameroon, Nigeria, and Switzerland, Hiroua has proven expertise in diplomacy, negotiation, international cooperation, and humanitarian coordination. He is adept at grant writing, project planning, and managing humanitarian activities.
